Current Serve Team Needs

704 Kids

  • Lead - Jess Silva

  • Current needs:

    • Nursery - 1-2 more people for holding babies and walking babies in stroller.

    • Preschool/elementary - 4-5 more people to serve once a month.

Tear-Up

  • Lead - Colby Williams

  • Current needs:

    • 4-5 reliable, punctual, healthy people for set-up and tear down. Requires early arrival and late departure.

Production

  • Lead - Josh Beste

  • Current needs: No experience necessary! Just be willing to learn.

    • 1 cameral operator/switcher

    • 1 lighting person

    • 1 Pro Presenter operator

Involvement

  • Lead - Lakeysha Medlin

  • Current needs:

    • 2 facilitators to teach classes

      • There is a soft interview process

Outreach

  • Lead - Shaney Martos

  • Current needs:

    • 4 team members to be the point persons to check in with our local partners

Communications

  • Lead - Rhonda Bell

  • Current needs

    • Someone who enjoys editing videos to post to social media

Hospitality

  • Lead - Kristen Fennig

  • Current needs:

    • Anyone who would like to make people feel welcome as they enter the service on Sundays! Requires early arrival to Sunday service.

Safety

  • Lead - Andy Baker

  • Current needs:

    • 3-4 punctual, reliable people with carry permits or medical training (EMT, doctor, nurse, etc.)

Worship

  • Lead - Ellen Zangmeister

  • Current needs:

    • Keyboard player

    • Electric guitar player

Women’s Ministry

  • Lead - Robyn Diehm

  • Current needs:

    • 2 hosts for events

    • 10 women willing to cook for events
